When you have a merchant account, you still need one more thing in order to be able to process credit cards. You need either: Now, for the purposes of this article, we are going to talk about the payment gateways. JonMar Merchant Services will be dealing primarily with 3 different gateways. While it's quickly becoming a thing of the past, just because you have a payment gateway doesn't necessarily mean that you have a virtual terminal. However, the 3 gateways we offer, DO infact have a virtual terminal bundled with them as well. The gateways we have partnered with are Authorize.net and the USA ePay Gateway. All include the gateway itself as well as a virtual terminal bundled with the package. Unless you notify us otherwise, all accounts will default to the Authorize.net Payment Gateway. |
